Join Almanac Beer and Chef Ryan Farr of 4505 Meats for a butcher-tastic night of piggy goodness. Enjoy a feast from the 4505 Meats kitchen, and local brews from Almanac Beer Co, Speakeasy, Highwater Brewing and Pacific Brewing Laboratories. While munching on chicharones enjoy a whole hog butchering lesson from Ryan Farr, followed by the cuts of pork being auctioned off to benefit The Food Pantry
